Join forces with your teacher, Tim, for an inspiring 8-week adventure that will immerse you in the enchanting world of clay.

This workshop is a gateway to discovering the intricate techniques and skills of both Hand-building and Wheel Throwing. You don't need experience, just a few stories and the rest will take care of itself.

We will explore pinch pot making, slab plaque building, coil building and of course, Throwing. 

You will create beautiful pieces that you can proudly display at home or share with your family or friends.

Prepare to be addicted, captivated, inspired and transformed as you embark on this wonderful, mindful journey through clay.

Join us for the 'Come Play With Clay' sessions and discover the joy and serenity that comes from creating something with your own hands.

Each session lasts 3 hours because we want to ensure you get the full experience. Yes, you will have to tidy up after yourself. (Unfortunately, the cleaning fairies are not allowed to cross the "White Bridge" outside Mitchelstown due to issues with their ancestors)

Experience level: Beginner - intermediate

Anyone aged 13 & over is welcome to join, but anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the class.

*Note: You must be able to make all dates. Unfortunately, due to time and class constraints, we're not able to do make-up sessions if you can't make a date.

A maximum of 12.5kg of clay per student is included in the workshop. Additional clay can be purchased through the studio.
